Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Stackmod Innovations, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a cancellation and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy:

Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any of our services on a recurring basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.  

One-Time Services: For one-time services, such as consulting or project-based work, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of the cancellation request.

One-Time Services: Refunds for one-time services will be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement or contract. In some cases, a portion of the payment may be non-refundable to cover expenses incurred in preparation for the service.

Exceptions

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events, Stackmod Innovations reserves the right to modify or suspend services without liability.

Non-Performance: If Stackmod Innovations fails to deliver services as agreed upon in the service agreement or contract, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
